What goods are subject to exchange:
1. The goods are in new condition. No traces of use, washing, cosmetics.
2. Goods that have a receipt;
3. The goods are in their original packaging with the tags and labels intact and have not been used;
4. Goods that have not been purchased within 14 days.
The procedure for returning and exchanging goods of good quality:
1. Inform us of your intention to return the paid goods;
2. Inform us of the declaration number of the parcel sent. IBAN data, EDRPOU, full name and bank card number for refund;
3. After receiving the goods within 7 (seven) business days, we will refund your money or other goods.
The procedure for returning goods of inadequate quality:
1. Inform us of your intention to return the paid goods;
2. Inform us of the declaration number of the parcel sent and the bank card number for the refund;
3. After receiving the goods within 7 (seven) business days, we will refund your money or another product.
All carrier services or commissions, transfer of funds are at the expense of the buyer.
The exception is a manufacturing defect of the goods!
Refunds are made upon receipt of the goods.
Refunds are made to the IBAN card.
Refunds are made within 7 (seven) business days from the date of receipt of the parcel at the Nova Poshta branch by the seller.
